1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The return must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or special-order products.
- Used, damaged, or tampered products that are not due to shipping or manufacturing defects.
- Consumable medical supplies (unless defective).
2. Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged products – If the product is found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery.
- Incorrect product received – If you receive a product that is different from your order.
- Incomplete order – If an item is missing from your order.

- Return Approval:

- Alternatively, you may be required to ship the product to our address at your expense unless it is a defective or incorrect product.
- Inspection:
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- For Online Payments: The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7-10 business days.
5. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement of the defective or incorrect product. The replacement will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Bharat Medical Systems will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide images of the damaged or defective product for verification.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
